Rumors in the InterNet circulate for some time, according to which it will come in September with UFC 75 into England to the European duel between the Croat Mirko “Cro copilots” Filipovic (22-5-2) and the Frenchman Cheick the Congo (10-3-1). Cheick the Congo confirmed the rumors over a fight against the PRIDE Grand Prix world champion now opposite Ground & Pound: “, it is true,” read the short and clear answer whether it will meet with UFC 75 in England on Mirko Filipovic.

Cheick the Congo denied its last fight with UFC 70: Nation Collide against Assuerio Silva and defeated this by majority decision. In the UFC denied the Congo four fights, about which it could decide three for itself. With “Cro copilot” now however the largest challenge waits on the Frenchmen.

Mirko Filipovic gave its UFC debut in February and destroyed thereby Eddie Sanchez in less than five minutes. Similarly second UFC fight against Gabriel Gonzaga should also be to run, but everything came differently. Gonzaga pointed a High Kick of which toward end of the first round “Cro copilot” brutally to soil sent and the fight terminated. Against Cheick the Congo it would like to now rehabilitate itself and fight itself again into the proximity of a title fight.
