Rua is fighting Lawler and Charuto is fighting Jake Shields. I know Shields should be favored but I don’t think picking Charuto is a stretch by any means.

I always liked fight card reviews and that one was no different. Good job Sam. I definitely thought it was funny/interesting you mentioned Charuto might get the decision based on hometown judging considering the hot issue right now with the Bisping-Hamill fight. I am looking forward to this card as it looks pretty good. Every weekend this month we get MMA, it’s great!!!

Nice preview. I think Shields will win but I don’t think picking Charuto is a stretch either. One question about your preview, you state that EliteXC is promoting this show on it’s own but aren’t Rumble On The Rock and ICON co-promoting it? I thought that was the big deal regarding this show considering they’re the two largest Hawaiian MMA promotions and that this show marked an end to their rivalry…
