Renato Sobral hires new agent

Not only does Renato “Babalu” Sobral have a new contract with the San Jose-based fight promotion Strikeforce, he also has a new agency.

According to a post on MMA.tv’s Underground forum, sports agent Ken Pavia announced Sobral and five others as new fighters that will be represented by his agency.

Also announced were James Thompson of Cage Rage, Carmelo Marrero, Carlo Prater, Todd Moore, and Cyrille Diabate.

Sam Caplan is the President of Combat Sports Media, LLC, the parent company of FiveOuncesOfPain.com. CSM is a B-2-B outsource solution in the MMA industry and provides PR, web management, and other consulting services to MMA companies. Clients of CSM include the Combat Sports Championships and Showtime.

    I believe it’s Nate Moore, he fights out of Indianapolis.
