Now, I'm not sure if he meant that he was unsure about having Moreno as an opponent or about being on the card at all. As far as getting back in the UFC, I'm not sure what steps - if any - Nick or his management are taking, but by the looks of things, EliteXC seems to be treating Nick Diaz pretty well.
