Not only did he drop every single hint in the book to the UFC management that he wanted a fight with Dana White, but he basically said he wanted to fight Fedor next. Instead of listening to Couture and pushing past their gigantic egos and losing a bit of money to gain a lot of money in the end by getting Fedor, the UFC couldn't get past the fact that they MAY lose some revenue at certain points of Fedor's contract because of Sambo, and going back home, and other things that normal people do. So now, we lose out on seeing this matchup in the UFC, and Randy says goodbye because that was the last battle he wanted. He's only been saying it for 6 months. Ridiculous. I commend Randy Couture for telling Dana White how it is, and what he wanted. He went out on top as well, and you can't say that about many great athletes who have left their respective sports. Bravo to Randy Couture!
