Mr. Sunshine and Luke Thomas sound off on Couture departure

You know that 5 Oz of Pain loves us some good MMA radio so we suggest you jump over to the Mr. Sunshine website and listen to MMA expert Luke Thomas (bloodyelbow.com) go off about Randy Couture quitting the UFC. Luke and Steve Cofield debate the conflicting statements made by both Dana White and Randy Couture.

Awesome. I was just bitching I wanted another Inside the Cage with Luke as the guest, but this works just as well. Thanks guys. Hope this goes up as a podcast.
