Hi-Res pics of Round5 MMA figures

Made by a Canadian company, the Series 1 figures will be sold in the US at Spencer’s. Read details from the press release:
“This first series showcases the most exciting championship fighters to date, in their most well known poses,” said Barron Lau, Marketing Director of Round 5. He continues to explain, “Series 1: Champions, will include fan favourites; Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, Tito ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’ Ortiz, Matt Hughes, and Randy ‘The Natural’ Couture. Each collectible is expertly sculpted, stands 6” tall and is fully pose-able. Select characters even include accessories such Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson’s signature chain. Each fighter had direct input in the design and development of their own collectible figure including the look, feel and pose. We are honoured to be releasing these collectibles at a time when the sport has achieved so much success.”
The collectible figures are sculpted by famous McFarlane artist and owner of INU Art design studio, David Cortes. He is best known for sculpting comic-related and mainstream characters like Hellboy, Spawn, and the Incredible Hulk. Cortes takes great pride in the level of detail and likeness captured in the 6” tall caricature-style figures.

Cost me about $90 with shipping to get them all. Pretty pricey, but a nice early Christmas gift to myself “from” my wife.
they should have gotten better artists for the faces cause none of the figures look like who they are supposed to be, except for maybe Hughes with his Leno chin.
Tito’s figure is the only one with a head of real-life proportions.
they all look great except that the hughes face doens’t exactly look like him…but we all know it’s him.

Cool idea, I’ll prob buy all but the Hughes toy.
Although the faces don’t look too much like the people. That’s on par with most toys of pro athletes.
If they make a BJ Penn one, I’d buy it.
The Rampage one is awesome
How come there is no GSP? Any information about where we canadians can get this up here in the frosty North?
Randy does look a bit like Jack Nicholson… and Tito looks like Gonzaga but they are still pretty sweet.

that doll looks nothing like her. I met Jenna at the porno convention in south beach and she looks like a tricked out crack whore…it was disgusting. Weird what movie magic can do to a person.
