Many of these are broadcasts of regional MMA promotions (Art of War, Steele Cage, etc..) that feature up-and-coming fighters, some with minimal experience. Most of the fights are so-so but once in a while you will catch a really entertaining fight. You see, I am a cheap bastard and love the free MMA in whatever form I can find it. Strikeforce shows being streamed over the internet, tape-delayed IFL programs, live WEC and UFN shows --- whatever I can find I will try to tape and enjoy at my leisure. I am not above hunting fights down on the internet. Even been known to buy a UFC pay-per-view event if the card is compelling enough. That being said, I may just have to check out this Rio Heroes webcast. In my experience webcasts are hit-or-miss, depending on when you try to log on.
