Heath Herring eyeing March/April return

Former Pride and current UFC heavyweight, Heath Herring  has told MMAweekly.com about his current and future plans since his unanimous decision loss to Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC 73.

In the MMAweekly article, Herring speaks of how since the dissapointing loss back in July he’s been needing some time off in order to spend time with his family. He also mentions how he has now settled in to train with Xtreme Couture and is looking at events in either March or April to make his return.

Since Herring’s arrival in the UFC he has gone a dissapointing 1-2 with losses to Jake O’Brien and “Minotauro” and a UFC 69 victory over Brad “Gogoplata” Imes.

    does anyone care? I sure don’t. he’s not even a B rate fighter.

    I care. He is a good fighter. I have just heard he doesn’t train enough between fights.

    He also fights too much.
