I think Hermes is sol. As for Sherk, I've read that there is some questions regarding his results. The CSAC didn't properly investigate these problems. Sherk drags out an appeal process for months upon months just to have his sentence reduced. A reduced sentence still means your guilty, your just not in as much trouble. So when is he going to stop with all these denials? How does Hermes fess up to his mistake and still get slammed so hard?
