Quick heads up

I wanted to apologize for the lack of updates on Saturday. My wife competed at the U.S. Grappling Championships in Delaware and we then went to a Combat in the Cage amateur show 15 minutes away later that night.

I have some very interesting stories (and one AMAZING story that you will not believe) from both events that I’ll be sharing over the course of the day, so stay tuned.
