Exclusive: Tim Kennedy out of IFL middleweight title match

FiveOuncesOfPain.com (www.FiveOuncesOfPain.com) has learned from multiple sources that Tim Kennedy will be unable to challenge Matt Horwich for the IFL middleweight title on February 29 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, as had been previously announced.

It is believed that Kennedy will be unable to compete due to a military commitment.

The IFL is expected to announce early this week that Ryan McGivern has been selected as Kennedy’s replacement.

    I guess that’s good for Matt Horwich, not having to expirience the pain and punishment delivered by Tim Kennedy is like a huge blessing. Matt should get down on his knees and thank Jesus he gets to keep his belt for a little while longer.
