Exclusive: Rafael Feijao vs. John Doyle scheduled for EliteXC’s “Street Certified”

ProElite.com (SamCaplan.ProElite.com) has learned that a light heavyweight clash between Rafael Feijao and John Doyle has been scheduled for the undercard of “EliteXC: Street Certified” on February 16.

“Street Certified” will take place in Miami, Florida at the UnitedBank Center on the campus of the University of Miami. The show will be headlined by heavyweight fight featuring Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson and Tank Abbott.

Feijao is listed as having a 4-1 record, according to Sherdog.com’s Fight Finder. The Brazilian fighter has competed as a heavyweight in the post and holds a 1-1 lifetime record in the IFL.

    Go John Doyle! John trained with former Pro Wrestler Steve Blackman at his MMA school in Harrisburg, PA for a time as well…

    Sam, could you use your great influence to inform the guys at EXC that they really need to get their cards solidified earlier? It’s not that it poses a problem for anyone but it looks really bush league to look at a card and only see 5 or 6 fights confirmed a week before a show. They’re a big show, they should be above that.

    Agreed with Eric. The main card is pretty much set, but I’d like to know the prelims and order of the main card.
