Fitch is the man. I got to train with him a couple months ago - very intelligent guy with some great skills. Win or lose, GSP will know he’s in a fight.

how do you know brad pitt didnt play football in high school or college? or for that matter played football in the park with his friends when he was young? wouldnt that constitute football experience in your rebuttal? kimbo was a street fighter, but this isnt about kimbo, its about lesnar. lesnar was once arrested for possesion of steroids and wrestled for wwf, thats the foundation of mma?? . fitch wasnt hating but making a valid point on how fighters are paid and marketed. what your saying is because i had fights in the playground when i was young im ready for the ufc. after all thats the foundation lol.

Stupid argument. Lesnar and Kimbo are not actors without sports backgrounds. Wrestling and even brawling were part of the foundations of NHB/MMA. Just because they are more popular than Fitch and many other fighters is not a reason to hate.

Sounds like Cain Velasquez is going to the UFC wonder who will he fight? Neil Wain perhaps or someone else? Maybe 11 or 12 matchs will be the norm now that they have so many fighters on contract?

awesome argument, very intelligent fighter, and great interview. very impressed with the way he handled the questions. only thing i disagree with is the possibility of the gsp serra fight going to decision. gsp too good for that.

I feel what Fitch is saying. It is not the WWE. You fight your ass off and get nothing for it. I get that the UFC wants to make money, but if you want to have another pro wrestling organization with a story line then do that, and let the people who want to fight go some place else.

And i did find it strange the Major has not had another fight. His first outing was not the best but he had a lot of potential. Put the guy in more fights so he can find his rhythem.

Good interview. I disagree though with his assessment of Lesnar. Especially this part :

“he hasn’t put in the time (and) he hasn’t paid his dues and he makes more money than any other guy has in the UFC before.”

I think the success of the ppv speaks for itself and that Lesnar has paid his dues. His market value is leaps and bounds ahead of the majority of MMA fighters. There are only a few people in the sport that are able to generate that amount of interest on a whole.
