Alot of mainstream sports athletes practice martial arts. Remember Greg Lloyd? The former Steeler linebacker is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and teaches at 2 schools in Georgia. I live in baltimore and follow the ravens closely ..Ray is a 4 time florida state champ in wrestling he is no slouch on the mat. Ray has had a pro boxing coach for the last 3 years training him.
