Malaipet’s illegal knees and elbows were a brilliant rebuttal to Denny’s dominating mediocre submission and gnp attempts.
even more ironic is dennys comments on inside mma 1 week b4 his fight about the dream1 match between jz and aoki. talking about how aoki took the ez way out when the elbows were thrown.. i know the blows malaipet threw were technically illegal, but i really thought denny could have continued if he wanted to, he seemed 100% “aok” in his interview afterwards. he talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk imo :p
