And how was the surface?.
So many detractors about YAMMA but I think this could be great for MMA.
Lets face it the worst part of MMA is the pushing and holding against the cage either on the feet or ground, so this could be the ultimate surface for MMA fighting.
Just cause the UFC didn’t think of it dosn’t mean it shoudn’t be where MMA should be heading.
This surface, stomps and knees, but no elbows to the downed opponent and it will be perfect.
Randy and Fedor should fight in it so its foreign to both fighters. Then it would be more even and noboby could say that either fighter had the advantage.

new fighting surface that promises action, results in 60% decisions? go figure.

did the cage design come into play at all? did butterbean come in on a skateboard and ollie the lip?

you know.. back before Ricco was put in the tourny… i thought it was funny how they had Wiuff [who has roughly 60 fights under his belt] against all these guys with ten professional fights.. idk.. of course he won..
