The question is: If Serra beats GSP again, will it be the next best thing that’s ever happened to him?
I like GSP, but didn’t he say the exact same thing after his loss to Hughes? A loss is a loss, it doesn’t have to be treated like an opportunity to be reborn.
Well, Hughes beat him the first time when he over committed on that kimora. Then came back and beat him twice…
I cant see GSP loosing this fight, at all.
He’s always making excuses or saying that he needed to lose, as if losing was just some big mistake and it wasn’t because the other man was better, for him there must be some other reason for it.
GSP you got knocked the f#@k out.
Get over it.
What’s wrong with trying to put a good twist on a bad loss? What is he supposed to say: I lost in my first title defense by knockout to a guy who wasn’t even in the welterweight title hunt 6 months before and after I tried so hard to get another shot at Hughes and beat him for the title. I’m gonna go kill myself now, goodbye.”
It probably is a good thing for him now because it showed him he can still improve himself. Case in point, look at his last fight with Hughes.
True, point taken but he does sook a bit.
GSP I think will open up a big can of whoop ass!
He represents the sport well.
