Man…..this guy trained me when he was at another gym in Miami…and he was a head case, but hes a tough dude. Hes also one of the best corners ive ever had its cool…..whatever hes an asshole though, and the world really got to see that he was.

If he knew he was going to retire after that Bisping figtht, would he have thought twice about sticking his tongue out all those times before curling up into a ball whenever he got hit? Not a very good note to go out on. The UFC could work a little harder at quality control (although, they probably do a better job than most other promotions). Anyhow, I’m just bitter, cuz I wanted the depressed guy to unleash some sick submissions on Bisping and relegate him to prelim matches.
