In fact, Kimbo weighed only 234 when he fought Tank Abbott. That's pretty much what Chuck walks around at too, they're basically the same size.

@#5 & 7:

Here, have some knowledge.

First off, Chuck and Kimbo could EASILY be in the same weight class. They are both 6'2" and Chuck already walks around at nearly the same weight as Kimbo- 230+. Chuck just chooses to cut down to 205. Kimbo cuts no weight to make 240, so if Chuck simply chose not to cut they could easily be in the same weight class, and Chuck would probably have better cardio than he usually does thanks to no weight cut.

Second, come on, Chuck is one of the best strikers in MMA. For some reason all the bandwagoners seemed to jump off after he got KO'ed by Page but Page and Kimbo are not even remotely the same fighter- Page is a strong wrestler who has added a good striking game, Kimbo is a powerful but only decent striker who has not had nearly enough time to develop any sort of clinch or ground game.
Chuck's best strength is his counter game. Kimbo would try to rush him and get peppered with counters as Chuck backpedalled around, until one of them finally rocked Ferguson, at which point Chuck would finish it with GnP (assuming he wasn't already out). Kimbo's skillset just plays perfectly into Chuck's game.

Thompsons gonna come out and take him down. Just like he tried to do to the last guy before he got KTFO. We might get to see what Kimbo does when it hits the canvas. Not that Colossus is a sub specialist or anything.

Kimbo's an updated version of Mr. T as far as marketing goes. He's a big guy who looks ferocious. Good visuals. MMA fans can legitimately question his skills because his opponents haven't been very strong. That just illustrates the difference between marketing and fighting. Dude's just going with the flow, and he should. The ride might not last too long, so he should enjoy it while it's happening.

You know you've made it when you're being shot by a Hasselblad.

Too bad Kimbo isn't fighting Bret Rogers.
