It makes me sick for mma to see this guy get all of the coverage. I’m not saying that I hate Kimbo Slice, but I don’t think that he should be the face of MMA. He has won a couple of fights against cans and has beens. I think when CBS airs the Elite XC garbage, people are going to have their feeling towards MMA validated. When some thug can just come in off the street and make that kind of money, what kind of people do you think are going to be following in his footsteps. I would not have a problem with him fighting, if he was built up slowly, for for f@@@ sake, the guy is headling shows after 1 fight… My only hope is that Elite XC fails so that maybe we can see Kimbo fight somebody for real.
kimbo needs to win by submission but before he does that he needs to put on a bit of a clinic and show he does have range..if its another 1 min knockout, he won’t get any of the “wanna be stank” off. Can or no can..put on a clinic, kinda like GSP did on serra, and come out walking someone not to fuck with maybe some people can eat their words..cough cough TITO..
Kimbo is going to get defeated by Thompson so the hype will slowly fade away. I guarantee you that!
