[...] As stated yesterday, Tito Ortiz made comments stating he would give the UFC another chance should Dana White apologize for the things he has done to him. Well, Dana responded at the conference call and shockingly he’s not playing into Tito’s hand: “Tito is a f—ing idiot,” White said. “He’s one of the dumbest human beings I’ve ever met. Everything that comes out of his mouth makes no sense.” [...]

I dont want Tito to go and Im not even a fan. As a big time Shamrock fan I wanted to see Tito get his face crushed but didnt happen. Id love to see Tito fight some of the new additions like Wand, Jardine, or even Evans again.

i dont care for Tito never really have, is he going to stay in the UFC probably not.... yet i could care less, he isnt that exciting of a fighter to watch imho he has talent no doubt yet he isnt as talented as the majority of the LHW division, if he beats Lyoto (which i dont think he will) who cares wow he won his first true fight in years (i think Forrest won that fight) and rather than beating up a washed up Shammy Shamm and getting knocked out by Chuck what really has Tito (treat me like the champion iam) Ortiz done for the UFC other than bitch and talk poorly about his bosses, win a damn (of importance) match before u talk, o forgot he layed on top of Rashad point deducted and got a draw with some who isnt that great either congrats and be quiet please Tito!!!
sorry bout that.... um if Lyoto wins and Jardine wins they will fight each other in Oct, if Wanderlei wins (hopefully) and Lyoto wins its a wash cuz i think Wanderlei is going to drop to MW... so back to Lyoto v Jardine #1 title conder spot after Chuck gets another shot to regain his strap if he beats Shogun in Sept/Oct, he will Face Rampage or Forrest in Dec... just theroies enjoy tearing me to peices cheers.......

!!-----11 is right on...but the Wanderlei -Tito rematch makes sense on a lot of levels...Machida vs a really big(HW) LWh like Jardine is a better match IMO...Machida prior to UFc did compete @ HW...so

all in all I hope the winner of the 2 matches Wanderlei-Jardine..and Tito-Dragon face each other...that would be sweet any way you cut it

This is all just hype for the upcoming PPV.

Ortiz has gone to the well again and has taken a page out've Vince McMahon's playbook for about every PPV he's been a part of. Face it, win, lose, or draw, Ortiz puts a$$es in seats! The reason the Fertita's enjoy Tito so much is for this exact reason. Tito makes headlines and $en$e.

Good on you Tito!

Jay K.

ps. Don't care either way who wins, just want a Good fight!

Number 6 dead on. I think this is just Tito trying to make Dana look like an ass. If Tito wins (big if) then no matter what he'll leave the UFC. When Tito loses he'll be worth less money and like numero 6 stated he'll put out more bad performances. Maybe he can be champion in a different org but in the UFC he doesn't even come close. Tito ducks people and I read that he refused to face Liddell when he had the title but Chuck gave him two tries to take the belt away from him when he had it. IMO Tito shouldn't be in the UFC any longer and he would have been cut after this fight regardless.

Jardine does not deserve a title shot right now. He has won, one of his last 2 fights. and only 3 of his last 5.

Anyway. Tito Ortiz will go to Adrenaline or EliteXC and probably be champion there. Maybe he can have Scott Smith challenge him for the belt or some crap like that. UFC>Everything else

bottom line is Tito sells tix and Dana loves selling them.

these guys are both masters of promotion/self-promotion and I suspect one reason they can't get along for lengthy periods, is that they are similar personality types.

Tito will get paid whether he stays or goes and UFC will continue to succeed whether he stays or goes.
