Smart Move, I might watch it aslong as they have a decent woman’s fight. Please be Cristina Cyborg!

  2. jesse on June 14th, 2008 9:50 pm

Will Scott Smith be fighting with an eye patch and a cast? All kidding aside, should be fun watching the continuation.

  3. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 10:24 pm

Haha Diaz just schooled Corbrey. You can chalk it up to the weight (hey, that buddha gives you the munchies… man…) if you want to but he stood his ground on his feet and then dominated the BJJ silver medalist on the ground. WAR DIAZ!!!!

  4. Andrej on June 14th, 2008 10:41 pm

WAR DIAZ he is an Awesome Welterweight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 10:44 pm

    lol its true :D

  6. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 10:45 pm

someone please tell elitexc to fire Bill Goldberg

  7. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 10:47 pm

the skirmish at the end is evidence of the continuing embarassment that is elitexc

  8. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 10:49 pm

GODDAMNIT i flipped the player to my other PC and somehow only caught the very end, what happened?

  9. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 10:49 pm

of the skirmish, i mean. I saw noons’ dad being held back by some dudes in a giant mob :P

  10. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 10:51 pm

Nate and KJ’s dad jawboning and then KJ lost it and they all charged

  11. Evan on June 14th, 2008 10:52 pm

EliteXC is turning into boxing and WWF at a rapid pace.

  12. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 10:53 pm

agreed Evan. And it overshadows some pretty good fighters. Feijao looks good, Herman looks good, Nick looked pretty good, and KJ destroyed Yves. I hope they all bail on elitexc and go to the UFC or DREAM

  13. C-Pop on June 14th, 2008 10:54 pm

Looked like one of Noons’ goons threw a body punch at one of the diaz’s.
    Kinda gay, but kinda cool.

The Diaz brothers are classless assholes. And Diaz’s performance against Corbbrey was less than impressive. He’s settled for mediocrity. I’ll take Noons in the rematch all day.

  15. Evan on June 14th, 2008 10:55 pm

Zack…they had such a good product once..wtf happened? I felt like I was a kid and watching WWF for two shows in a row!!!

  16. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 10:57 pm

I totally disagree Adam. They just dont act the way middle america wants its athletes to act and it rubs everyone the wrong way.

  17. Evan on June 14th, 2008 10:58 pm

    Well said Adam!!!!!!!

  18. Evan on June 14th, 2008 10:59 pm

BTW…adrenaline is running an awesome show right now…Guida has me pumped!!!!

  19. Zack with a ck on June 14th, 2008 11:00 pm

adrenaline started off with one of the worst fights I’ve ever seen. It honestly might be the worst fight I’ve ever seen. Jordan vs some other guy. awful.

  20. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 11:02 pm

martin is beating the crap out of this poor kid :)

  21. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 11:03 pm

    @#16 Real talk bro!

  22. Evan on June 14th, 2008 11:03 pm

I agree Zack but it was better than EXC.

  23. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 11:03 pm

haha martin just kicked the guy in the nuts for third time this is a circus!

  24. OCD on June 14th, 2008 11:04 pm

I love the Diaz brothers, at least they have some passion about fighting. Noons’s dad is an idiot but he had to be a”tough guy” in the ring with his son…really smart old man.

  25. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 11:04 pm

er, strike that, reverse it. :)

  26. Evan on June 14th, 2008 11:08 pm

“at least they have some passion about fighting.”

Great…they can bring that to the WWE. Godspeed.

  27. HexRei on June 14th, 2008 11:11 pm

@#26: Guess you missed the pride event where Wandy, Coleman, Baroni, Ninja, Shogun all had a brawl in the ring too? Should they all go to WWE? It’s up to the organization to punish them, otherwise they tacitly condone this kind of stuff. Dana would just fire someone if they pulled this crap. Blame EliteXC for making it clear that its acceptable.

  28. Brandon on June 14th, 2008 11:26 pm

Diaz had no right to call out Noons, he looked like crap against an opponent who was 20 lbs lighter and who wouldn’t even be ranked in the top 50.

Perhaps instead of acting tough Diaz could start fighting top 20 fighters , make weight and then he can ask for a title shot.

For the record as I mentioned in the other news story, Noons would destroy Diaz as Nick looked slow as hell, left his head wide open for shots and his take downs were really really weak and would have no effect on a guy with a half decent sprawl and who wasn’t out weighed by 20 lbs.

Nick Diaz calling out Noons was planned by EliteXC. Goldberg obviously knew that it was coming.

  30. Adam Morgan on June 15th, 2008 1:42 am

It was obviously planned for Diaz to be in the cage and to challenge Noons, but Diaz and his entourage took it way overboard. There’s no reason to be yelling at KJ’s dad and giving him the finger.

  31. double A-ron on June 15th, 2008 4:02 am

@ #11 I agree, You got Goldberg from wrestling and Gary shaw from boxing bringing them both together. Goldberg is starting to ruin the show that has some great fighters in Noons, feijao, and Herman. I understand Diaz coming in the ring, but the finger thing from both brothers was rediculous. They might do this to build the fight, but it makes me wanna watch it less.
