Looks like the real deal to me.

It would take a lot of $ for Diaz to fight Shields. They are tight and I just don’t see it happening.

i know many good things about Ido Pariente. (whom lost to jack shields at k-1)
some say that he might be in TUF8(i’m looking for confirmation).

keeping my fingers crossed for that guy, he’s a big hopeful.

shields would beat thopmson very easily i assume, he’s marked as the next elitexc top dog.
hopefully after diaz is done playing around at his new catchweight custom class, he’ll go up to 170 and try for that title.
a double holder in eliteXC could either make or break that org.
either a big joke, since they’ve only got several guys.
or diaz (or whomever has 2 belts) will become the new MEGA poster boy aka kimbo\gina for elite.

great match up … good test for both shields and thompson who is on a huge win streak! if the goat can win here i think its time for him to return to the ufc to face stiffer competition.

EliteXC has not officially announced Stockton as the destination for SNF II but sources have indicated to 5 Oz. of Pain that Stockton is where the event will be held.
