This could have the bestb fights you will ever see you don't know untill u watch it. I have been to local shows tha have been excellent and the only big name they had was K-Flo and he was in the audience not fighting. I fu think the card sucks then don't watch it. The real reason is that a PPV would also be unpopular is that due to the time zone situation the fights would be on at a very abnormal US time. If you remember, another UFC event was free from England for the same reason, I believe it was when Bisping fought Elvis Sinosec. Fantastic!
