Fabricio, I can do all the research in the world but it won’t change the fact that three of Cris Cyborg’s four opponents (Cristiane Schoeder, Elaine Santiago, and Marise Vitoria) had ZERO experience in MMA before stepping into the ring with her. Also, regarding your claim that Cris Cyborg has fought male opponents, please submit more information. (Remember, sparring with males in the gym does not count

Perhaps you should do a little more research oslooskar, Her mixed fights have shown me all I need to see. Mixed as in Male vs. Female.

There is also some pretty good Chute Boxe video around of her whooping up on some dudes.

But in fairness to all involved we’ll have to wait and see, and her “other” female opponents….well unless you follow womens mma you might think anyone not named Corano, Larosa, or Baszler is a handpicked nobody….

I’m at a complete and utter loss to explain all the hype surrounding Cris Cyborg. In her MMA career she has fought only one credible opponent (Vanessa Porto) whom, to her dismay, she found almost impossible to defeat. All of her other opponents appeared to be handpicked nobodies.

I say this with all due respect, I guess they ( women of mma) can’t accuse EXC of selling women out for sheer sex appeal. While Cris is badass, she isn’t a poster child for the typical sexy female athlete.

I was hoping for a Shayna vs. Gina match in fall for the Womens title. This probably isn’t going to happen now that they’re giving her Cyborg.

I just hope Cyborg doesn’t smash Gina’s beautiful face in after she smashes Shayna’s. Poor girls.
