If it’s a wiki entry, it’s definitely worth speculating on… I’m sure any doctor after a serious injury would always say, don’t fight again, but the athlete usually recovers enough to make their own decision.

5oz crew: does anyone know keith jardine’s current status? i know it’s not exactly credible, but his wikipedia page has some interesting stuff posted…

“Jardine lost by knockout due to punches at 36 seconds in round one, which postponed his journey to a title match. Jardine was rigid and unconscious for up to three minutes after the knockout, prompting concern from the ringside medical staff, fans and even his opponent. He was hospitalised for several days following this bout, after receiving severe damage to his jaw previously from Alexander Houston, and now Wanderlei Silva, Jardine’s jaw is now held in place with wire, his continuation in the UFC is unlikely.”

any info to discredit that?
