There's no excuse for not being prepared to the best of your ability for every fight at this stage of the game. Karo getting a title shot and maybe somehow pulling a win means millions for him financially (in future purses, endorsements credibility for his gym, etc.). Never mind what it means for any athlete to win the sports biggest prize. How can he not be at his absolute best when he is that close to the top? I think #37 might be on to something. But I'm rooting for Karo to turn it around. He's not my favorite fighter but I'd like to see him raise his game and get a title shot. He just needs maturity I guess, like BJ Penn suddenly acquired. He's not as talented as Penn, who won the BJJ world championships after training jits for only 3 years, but he is a seriously high level judo player with very good submission skills. He needs to improve his stand up, though, if he's going to challenge whoever is champ (BJ Penn, cough, cough...) #36
