There wasnt any malfunction with the viehicle, there are too many ways you can stop it from moving if you WANT TO, you tards, put it in neutral, brakes, emergency brakes, turn off the freakin key!!!!!!!

Why wouldnt he stop?? if he wasnt on drugs or have something illegal in his system, he had no fear but a plain accident ticket.

He wont serve time garanteed. I take offense to some moron behind the wheel that takes other peoples lives in their own hands. He could of killed some innocent little child with even a minor accident. Our lives are too precious to be taken so lightly. I value my family and my own life. I think he needs the book thrown at him along with anyone that would do this. I hope Dana kicks his ass out of the UFC, this is one sport I’m proud to watch. The good sportsmanship is evident at the end of almost every match. Keep the bar high and dont allow crap like this to tarnish a great sport. You screw up! your out! thats the only way to keep it as good as it is.

Well I can reach all I want since all the facts aren’t out yet. Maybe the malfunction came from the after-market lift kit on the truck? Maybe it was improperly installed? I see you also mentioned him on his cellphone, maybe he was calling for help?

I agree with #68 entirely. People just want to defend him because they are fans (actually they are marks) and can’t see the forest through the trees (no pun intended). When the facts come out, and if he is found at fault, then he needs to pay the price everyone else would.

I very much disagree with #59 saying it might be excusable if he was on pain killers. It is very clear that when on pain killers you are not to drive. Him making the choice to drive while possibly medicated is poor judgement and not tolerable. However, it is unknown what caused this chaos at this time.

We all have pressures affecting our lives – I messed up years ago for something I still have to live with. Its just life, pure and simple. Wait untill the dust settles, all the information is digested then cast your sympathy/condemnation. Fame doesnt equal absolution.

He didn’t injure anyone, everything that happened has happened and nobody came out hurt except for some property damage which he’s more than able to cover. If I had kids outside during his escapade then my opinion still wouldn’t change because he didn’t hit any kids playing outside now did he?

I am not forgetting the seriousness at all, in fact I understand that it’s very serious and that’s why I wish him the best of luck in the upcoming proceedings he will be enduring.

No I wouldn’t, don’t make random assumptions about people. If some “no-name” went on this kind of escapade through my neighborhood, and nobody was hurt and the situation was exactly the same minus the celeb thing, I would feel the exact same way except I wouldn’t tell the guy I was a fan of his or hope to see the guy fighting?

No disrespect taken but there’s also not any hypocrisy in what I’m saying either.

umm this isnt good is it!??! the pressure of been a fighter and ex champion maybe got to him and for that moment he just cracked??? seeing him laid face down on the floor with police pointing a gun at him is a sad sight,glad he didnt hurt anyone seriously,and hope he is ok
