I gained a lot of respect for Quintin as a coach on the ultimate fighter series. However, the couple of angry moments that he had on the show displayed that he has some anger issues which I believe he acknowledged on the show. I am sure that the loss to Forrest Griffin was mentally challenging for him. That, combined with some alcohol is no excuse, but maybe the reason he snapped. I hope only the best for him. I think he was good for the sport. Any comments are appreciated.

#15 the only reason I can think of about him not having his shirt on is when they book you they check you over for tattoo’s and other marking’s in case you go on the run so they have a better desciption of you.

After watching that Rampage interview, it looks like it’s possible he’s off medication or needs medication for a disorder like Bipolar OR it could be a thyroid problem.

Often times athletes that have these types of disorders go off their medication in order to compete and avoid medication side affects. Sometimes people just go off the medication to avoid side affects period.

Whatever happend it’s really not characteristic of Rampage. I’m sure we’ll find out more soon. Damn’ that whole thing was totally ‘crazy’.

I just saw Rampage’s mugshot, and it leaves me with a question. In the photos of the arrest Quinton is laying face down wearing a black t-shirt, but in his mug shot his shoulder area is bare as if he is not wearing a shirt. Why would he not be wearing a shirt during the booking process?? I haven’t been arrested so I don’t know exactly what happens, but I have never seen a shirtless mug shot. Just something I noticed.

Rampage talks about GOD a lot… Maybe GOD will get him a good lawyer that works free like his doctor does?

The whole story will come out in due time. Nobody was hurt, and hopefully whatever help Quinton needs, he’ll get.

If the guy has shown anything, it’s that he wears his heart on his sleeve, and is usually pretty candid about everything.

#3, I really don’t think that’s fair. You know, the UFC doesn’t live with these athletes. They aren’t with them 24 hours and day and they weren’t with Jackson when the incident happened. They might not know much more than we do. Everyone has access to the police reports but right now, it doesn’t look like anyone has access to Jackson’s side of the story.

I’d really like to hear his side, although for legal reasons, neither he or Juanito Ibarra might be able to speak out for quite some time, which is understandable.

But now that we know that nobody else was hurt, I don’t think it’s inappropriate to be concerned about Jackson. Personally, I’d like to know why he committed the alleged actions. Something could really be wrong there. Maybe it’s road rage and he needs to get his temper in check… or maybe it’s a medical issue. We don’t know and there’s no reason to speculate further.

Anyone know if he is diabetic? I have a good buddy who acts this way when his sugar gets low, he’ll flip out on the highway weaving in and out of traffic, stopping in the high speed lane, would ignore all police warnings, and eventually end up in the hospital. I’ve learned to always keep a candy bar around if we’ll be driving for awhile without eating
