You seem knowledgeable with the disorder, and i think we are on the same page of realizing the severity of the situation (police will not bring someone in likethis unless they are suicidal or an obvious threat to do serious harm to someone else) and the hope that Rampage gets appropriate treatment. I am not going to try and diagnose Rampage from this report, but I am sure the mental evaluation he was called in for was not because he was "sad". Then police would only pick Rampage up for a 302 if he was suicidal. now people hear this and think Rampage is crazy, but there are a ton of things that could lead to this. He takes his meds now, but every once in awhile something will still set him off (like crushing pressure or stress) into another manic episode. Rampage is in his late twenties, right?
