I was impressed with Frank Mir in this episode. He has definately done well in spots with WEC commentary, and he seemed to add some good stuff this time around. I wonder if K-Flo is in any danger of losing some time to Mir.

Mir is the shit, I hope he subs Nog, and Im a pride fanboy.

I think him and Ken-flo will alternate. Especially when they are each respectively training for upcoming fights. I agree Mir is a great commentator. In my mind he’s the best.

Im not a big Mir commentary fan, but i’d rather see him or Ken-Flo over the likes of Mike Goldberg.. ANY day.

It’s really getting to breaking point for me. I can’t stand listening to the guy anymore.

I remember during one event the commentary sound blew out for about a fight and a half. All you could hear were the fighters, the corners and the ambience. It was pure bliss.. and nothing at all like the TUF events with a handful of idiots yelling non stop for 15 minutes.

Commentary would be a great ‘added extra’ - whereby you could just turn the shit off if you weren’t interested.

Mir has a future in as a analyst that is for sure, his breakdown of ring vs cage was the best and most convincing that I’ve ever heard.

Damo I couldn’t agree more, Goldberg is like a blown up Parrot. He repeats what Joe says and likes to try and make his own catch phrases. I also can’t stand his interviews because he gets about 3 inches from the guys face and just stares at him with a stupid look like he understands but his questions have no flow, like he’s reading them from cue (which he is)

somebody explain to me the reason behind Mir having patches on his suit sleeve.
