It's only 3 episodes deep and they're 2 for 3 on pretty damn good bouts. Problem is the editing... they edit so much fight footage instead of giving it to us straight. It sounds like they are looking into turning the hit and run into a felony hit and run if they can tie his actions to the fetus dying. However, it's just a guessing game. Apparently in the state of California they do not consider a fetus alive, so he cannot be charged for manslaughter or murder if it turns out that the woman miscarried because of his actions. I was curious what kind of time he was looking at if he was the cause, turns out that rampage may get lucky here. Although he can still be charged with murder in a civil suit and lose a lot of money.
