   Yup, didn’t look like she was trying very hard. Gina could/should have been able to pull off that armbar and switch w/ease. That’s practice though; it needs to benefit both parties.

   Ken, We do have a live webcam when our pros train. Go to Xtremecouture.tv and check out our Video Center. We do 5 hours of live streaming everyday which includes 2 hours of pro practice monday through friday.

   KTru. There is an extended version at Xtremecouture.tv in our video center. I only post small clips to my Youtube channel, the full 9 minute version is on our website. There is a small $5 fee /month for full access to our videos and live streams.
