    God I love Bas.

“…as well as what his strategy will be for the fight.”

LOL at having a “strategy” for a work.

  3. Adam Morgan on September 11th, 2008 9:44 am

A work? C’mon now, Brent. I understand the criticism of the fight but calling it a work is going a little overboard.

At being nearly 45 Ken still looks pretty good in that video clip, I think he is gona take the win.

Its funny how they didn’t show the clip of the thompson fight where kimbo was on his back eating 1 straight minute of unanswered strikes.

  6. ACK! on September 11th, 2008 11:55 am

Yeah, but calling those “strikes” is like charging someone with animal abuse for petting their dog.

Who doesn’t see Ken constantly trying to shoot for a takedown and eventually eating a knee to the face. I’d love to see Ken beat Kimbo, but it seems very unlikely.

I really like the chemistry between Bas and Kenny Rice. They bring a formula that the espn show is missing. Great program.

Hopefully that ’strategy’ has been shelved for future fights.

I think you may be right - Kimbo will probably think it’s a real “fight” - Ken will be the one “working” - just like the Franklin debacle.

the tale of the tape is kind of.. mean.. i guess..

on one hand you have “kimbo went 1-0 as an ameteur”
and on the other hand you have “Ken has been KO’d in the 1st round in his last 5 fights”

    those are totally off, hehe..
if you put something normal or nice for kimbo you’re supposed to put the same for the other..
like, one of the first UFC hall-o-fame inductees or something..

    geeze..
    hahaha..

I Think Ken Still Looks In Shape At 45 But Lets Be Honest Hes No Randy Can Ken Beat Kimbo When U Look At It He Should Beat Kimbo But Kimbos Training And Kimbos And Big Strong Man And I See Kimbo Wining My KO

We can all agree that Shamrock has more experience and is one of the OG’s of MMA. This will not get him anywhere in this fight as Kimbo is younger and hungrier than Ken. Kimbo is much more lethal at this stage in both fighters career and Ken has shown nothing in his recent fights that gives any indication that he will be able to beat Kimbo.

Kimbo is an idiot… he’s not that good. Talks like he’s a real mma star. Put him against any real top 10 hwt he’s gonna get beatdown
