Four more bouts official for UFC 90
The UFC confirmed for previously reported bouts on Friday for its UFC 90 event set to take place on Oct. 25 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill.
Added to the main televised card is a heavyweight bout between veteran Fabricio Werdum and Octagon newcomer Junior “Cigano” dos Santos.
Additionally, the UFC has also confirmed three lightweight bouts for the undercard with former American Top Team training partners Marcus Aurelio and Hermes Franca doing battle; Gray Maynard squaring off against Rich Clementi; and Shannon Gugerty replacing Melvin Guillard against Spencer Fisher.
UFC 90 is scheduled to be headlined by Anderson Silva defending the UFC middleweight title against Patrick Cote. Diego Sanchez and Thiago Alves will also meet in a bout in which the winner will be guaranteed a future shot at the welterweight title currently held by Georges St. Pierre.

I would like to have seen Maynard/Clementi on main. Looks like they rather showcase a heavyweight instead (Werdrum). Either way I will be watching.

cant wait to see more of goran reljic, he looks like he may be a factor @ 185, though its too early to really tell. leites should be a good test, though i resent him for his BS win over marquardt.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that Patrick Cote will defeat Anderson Silva. I think that with him training with GSP and all the experience he has had up until now will gain him the victory. No one thought he would beat Ricardo Almeida who is considered as on of the best in the division. I think Diego Sanchez and Tyson Griffin will also come out with a win.

Almeida beat Cote and one judge saw that as well. Therefore Cote doesnt belong in this fight.

Batman will be 0 for 3 with his predictions it does not matter if Cote trains with GSP he is outgunned facing Silva if he gets out of the 1st round i’d be surprised.Diego is the only of the 3 i really see with a good chance of winning his fight.
