Diaz sells more tickets than alvarez, he's the biggest draw in Cruiserweight by far. He has to be on the ticket for the next title shot because they need views. So, whether it was Noons Diaz or Alvarez Diaz, didn't matter. Noons-Alvarez would have been a great fight but the EXC needs ratings right now more than great fights.
