Most likely Brian Schwartz will pull another Raymond Daniels. Those karate/taekwondo geeks just never learn. MMA is not for them. They’re probably just being thrown in the cage as a laughing stock for people to see that those lame karate/taekwondo shit is useless.

Why is Lemont Davis fighting Brian Schwartz again? They fought last time and it was both of their first MMA bout, it was horrible! Schwartz didn’t know what he was doing and he even struggled to get out of a guillotine in Lemont Davis’s half guard. Yes! A fricking half guard!

These two will make a fool out of themselves again. Just watch.

Rich S. the top tier lightweight named Yves you know is this the same one who has lost 6 of his last 10 fights and is clearly on the downside of his career.Just because you beat someone years ago does’nt mean you have the same chance of beating them again fighters improve a lot in a few years who actually thought Marvin Eastman was going to beat Rampage the second time they fought just because he beat him the first time years earlier.

Irrelevant fight to the overall MMA rankings and I am not very interested in seeing the result.

Yes, Thomson does get to hopefully win in a revenge fight against a past opponent, but if this is the best opponent that Strikeforce can lineup, it proves the organization is building up no other fighters.

Bad for business and a promotion. Thomson, jump ship when you can.

you guys are acting like Yves doesn’t stand a chance..
I don’t know if you know this or not but Yves BEAT Thomson a few years ago.
this is a great matchup.
i’ve been wanting this for a loooong time.

and just because Yves had a one in a million moment, losing to KJ, doesn’t mean he’s done for..

good lord.

Yves is a top tier LW and i think giving HIM a match with Thomson [even after a loss], a rematch at that, is wayyyy better then Thomson Knocking out another no-name int he 1st round..

edwards is a decent fighter but he doesn’t deserve a title shot now. i’m guessing strikeforce couldn’t line up a better fighter.
