I can’t figure it out either, I guess it’s a near guaranteed win for Faber and another shot at the title. Pulver is a known name, maybe it’s all for ratings?

pretty sure faber wants to stay active after the loss, cant do a rematch with Brown cause of his rib injury. They don’t want to put him up with Garcia which is the logical fight as they want to keep Garcia ready for a title shot so this is the logical matchup v. Pulver since the 1st fight was definately entertaining. I think Cowboys gonna take it to the champ as well.

I’ll watch, but I don’t see how the outcome changes. Pulver’s a great striker, but Faber was too quick for him. Pulver can change camps, but you can’t learn speed.

I LOVED the first fight. I am excited to see them war it out again. Sure, Jens lost every round last time but it was a GREAT fight. One Pulver left hand can still end a fight. I really like both guys and hope that they put on another fight to remember.

Well a lot of people think the first fight between Faber and Pulver was a fight of the year contender and was also that WEC event drew more viewers than any other show they’ve had.That’s why their having a rematch people are going to watch myself included.

What’s the point of Faber vs. Pulver II?? Isn’t a 5-round shutout about as dominant a performance as one can have? That fight left no doubt who the superior fighter was …. so I ask again …. what’s the point?
