Jonathan Snowden... I am not impressed with you interview.

The asskissing at the beginning was really pathetic. You pretty much tried to make excuses for Elliot's loss to get in his good graces. You pretty much said he only lost because he had a wrestler laying on him, and echoed Frank Mir's sore loser statements about it being nothing more than a wrestling match.

Not one question about why Elliot was content to hold Bader in his guard. Nothing about Elliot's inability to keep the fight on the feet if that is where he wanted it. As easy as it was for Bader to take Elliot down and "lay" on him, it was apparently just as easy for Elliot to hold Bader in his guard so that he didn't take any damage.

Both guys have a lot to learn, and the fight was stalemated because neither was able to overcome the other's strength. But Bader was the agressor, and Elliot was the one stalling. Learn something about grappling.

Props to Elliot for very respectful statements and honestly assessing the reality of the fight game. Also, it is awesome of him to show such appreciation for TUF as the vehicle that has provided everyone in this industry with jobs. Most people are far more short-sided than him in understanding that, and it was nice to hear.

I've met Elliot a few times and he's a completely respectful guy who puts in the time and dedication to make good things happen, not only for himself, but for those that he teaches or works with. It's his right to disagree with Nog as long as it's in a respectful manner, which I believe it was. I'm old school so I'm of the idea that if Bobby Knight smacked me around and called my mother names I would still respond with a, "Yes, Coach", and, "Right away, Coach". That's just me.

The bottom line is that Elliot represented himself well in training, fighting and in his behavior in the house. His acknowledgment of his losing being his responsibility is 100% correct and shows his maturity as individual. He'll continue to get better because I believe it's important to him and he'll make it a priority. With that said, I do think his stand-up is very suspect. Time will tell. I hope the best for him.

To Michael Caffee: Did you really just plug yourself?? What does being 33, owning your own home, and training with K-1 level kickboxers have to do with you commenting on being disrespectful. You are probably 33, but you live with momma and the closest thing to training with kickboxers you do is cleaning the mat. If your such a badass why aren't you on TUF. The only thing you could hurt with your"straight" right is your pecker. I think Napolean Dynamite's(don know the name) brother could kick you ass. Maybe you could go around telling everybody you are training to be a cage fighter too. The reason you wouldn't pay 2 dollars to see Eliot fight is because your momma won't loan it to you. In all seriousness, I am not laughing at you, we are all laughing at you. Seriously this time I don't l know you. You might be a badass, but your comment was funny. Please don't hit me, Oprah scares the shit out of me.

I thought he was presented as being disrepesctful to Nog, but that could have a lot to do with editing. Other than that, i thought Eliot was one of the most impressive guys on the show (along with Nover.)

I like how he didn't complain about the Bader lay'n pray and owned up to the fact that it's his job to be able to deal with that. I haven't seen a lot of fighters take responsibility when something like that happens.

Good job on the show Eliot. Especially for not getting involved in the bullshit. Looking forward to see you fight.

Bader won't last more than three minutes against Vinny. Watch this Filipino Assassin closely too. This guy is going to do well in the UFC lightweight division.

I'm 33, own my own home, train with K-1 level HW kickboxers and I thought he was disrespectful to Nog. One straight right from me and he'd be on Oprah having a cry.

Elliot will never amount to anything in this sport or life. If he thinks he's going to make big money from MMA he needs a reality check. I wouldn't pay $2 to see him fight.

Nothing against Eliot, but I'm a little sick of fighters comparing TUF to jail... Ok, so in jail you get TV, but you also get community showers, lockdown, crappy food, and toilet paper that resembles sand paper. Nothing they do on the TUF is as bad as having a raw asshole.

If nothing else he will win because he is with the Greg Jackson camp.

He also has that nipple tweak in his back pocket. That is another benefit with the Jackson camp.

Eliot you have it all wrong. I'm 14 and live in the attic, not the basement. I think this season turned out to be a nice surprise. I didn't have high expectations after watching the first two episodes but it turned out to be decent.

Terrific interview! At the beginning of the interview I had to assume that Elliot was training with Greg Jackson's camp because I didn't learn that till later towards the end where it made sense.

On the show, I think it was Frank Mir that said Elliot's greatest loss is his own lack of self confidence. From reading his responses above, I can see what Frank meant, with phrases like "What can you do?", "That’s it you know?" and "right?". These responses are constantly and persistently seeking confirmation. If Elliot ,who's truly a stand up guy and a gentleman, had the confidence or swagger of a Rampage Jackson, this guy could become a devastating bad ass that doesn't have to be likeable or everybody's friend. I'd like to see that guy come out one day. I bet we'd hear alot from him.

Cheers,
