He didn't have the experience to compete at that level and would have benefited from some amateur fights or pro fights with less exposure and pressure. I haven't seen him fight since TUF, but his lack of experience was apparent on the show. He was very tentative and didn't seem to know how to exploit his height and reach advantages.
