Both are Muay Thai specialists so the striking could be quite exciting. Obviously Silva has the Jiu Jitsu advantage so we could see a submission. The difference between him and Kos was evident. He is has been at ATT for quite a bit now. They will not let him fail again. I believe he is at the point were if he were to fail making 170 again, that is it. MIddleweight would then become his future. I would not fire Thiago should 170 not pan out for him. This kid can FIGHT. WW & MW are two classes where Alves has the best chances to be a UFC Champion. He very well could. His next fight is going to be a blockbuster.
