I did a thirty day stint once and my attorney was able to get my incarceration bumped up to a time that was convenient for me work-wise. I doubt he’ll get much time, and there is also a decent chance that (assuming he is already bailed out, I doubt they will consider him a real flight risk so it seems likely) he will get to ask that his jail term be served after his fight anyway.
