speaking of the beating Choi took, did anyone else notice that when his corner men charged him after the fight, it looked like they knocked him out..

IMO, i think they may have..
they rushed him to hug him, tackled him, and when he hit the ground he layed lifeless, even when they started trying to pick up his head and stuff.. eventually he lifted his head and it looked like he was asking questions, you know, not sure if he won or not..

if you have no idea what i’m talking about try watching the fight again..

i just have to throw this out there, if a guy recovers from that beating and wins the fight, how can you really say it should have been stopped? Regardless of the beatin he took, Choi looked pretty much ok at the end of the fight, whereas PeeWee was hanging out of the ropes all dramatically (although I think he just didn’t want to fight anymore and knew that would be a way out without tapping)

herman looked good for the first round and the fight should have probably been stopped when herman was laying a beating on choi mu bae.

ya i just saw the fight a few hours ago,
apparently he doesn’t train too hard, or.. at all… sooo maybe that bout will act as an eye-opener, especially since he could’ve easily beaten that guy [and almost did early in the first, i thought he was out ]

Herman looked pretty bad that night. It wasn’t really even a TKO, he just seemed to get tired of fighting and give up, he turned his back to his to Choi multiple times. Not only that, but he looked really sloppy, in the clinch and while striking.

It wasnt on US TV but some crazy internet sites had it. I wish that they sould have these fights along with K1 and all DREAM fights on HD NET.

Keep your eye on Mo Lawal. He says he can compete in MW, LHW and HW. I will be watching to see how he progresses. So far, he looks like a world class asskicker. Someone who wants to beat the bogger’s right out of you. Plus, he has that classic Japan enterance down pat and is otherwise known as King Mo. Well, let’s see him get one of those dope as hell Sengoku belt’s to complete the task. Let him fight the guy who just beat Yoshida next. Although a LHW GP is the more likely option since it is Japan and that is fine with me.
