Axl Rose- Mark Coleman has been smaller for quite some time now. I met him in Vegas and he definitely trimmed down.

benkordus- You can’t be serious about Mark Coleman not having used Steroids. Look at his early UFC fights. No one get’s that big without steroids. Hell I knew Chris Leben had been using the moment he stepped into the ring last and he’s not a very big guy at all. It’s obvious.

Shogun will win and not by decision. If for some reason he does lose it will be because of some sort of injury and not a definitive win. I’m not a huge Shogun fan but you gotta bet on him in this one.

Shogun has been gone forever. I hope he’s back in top form. He really let me down on that Griffen Fight.

Colomen is Unpredictable at 205. Who knows what will happen then.

Rua Via TKO in the 2nd or 3rd.

Gotta love Shogun, seems like a nice guy compared to Coleman (especially in their interviews). I would like to see Wandy fight Coleman just to get his payback for the whole foot on the throat thing, and oh yeah Shogun by total domination wherever it goes (i expect a KO in rd 1).

Can’t wait to see this fight. Shogun has always been one of the best guys to watch. I still think the last 205 GP was 3 of the best events ever! Can’t help but to root for Shogun no matter who he fights. I truly hope he comes back at 100% and shuts up all the critics. Good Luck and War Shogun!

Baroni was suspended for a year for using steroids. Coleman has always been a huge beast and has been fighting mostly in Japan where they don’t drug test, but that doesn’t really say anything one way or another. Brock Lesnar is a huge monster and he passed his drug testing…

I don’t think you could say Shogun was the best fighter in the world. Maybe one of the best, but considering he has never held a belt it’s a bit of a stretch.

Both fighters are going to be at an interesting disadvantage since both of their most lethal weapons are not allowed under UFC rules, namely Coleman’s devastating knees from North/South and Shoguns brutal stomps and soccer kicks.

I can’t find any info suggesting that Coleman has fought since losing to Fedor in October ’06. And he’s 44 years old. Wonder if he’s up to this, especially if Rua’s bum knee truly is better.
