ya swick is a top contender i think a fight with karo makesmore sense than a fight with rumble. ruble is a lot lower on the totum opole right now imo. i heard the rumours about the fight with alves but that shouldnt be happening after this news… when gsp beats penn he’ll fight alves, who i beleive is very very dangerous

Although I like Swick, he is not ready for GSP yet. He still needs to win a few more.

Hope swick heals soon. Swick should face Davis in a rematch or Karo or even Lytle even though he lost his last fight. Those would be barnburners. Swick vs Johnson would also be great even though Swick will need to watch out for Johnson’s power in his hands & his feet. IF swick goes on a tear & if Alves loses in his title shot theres no reason why that fight shouldn’t happen.

I think Anthony Johnson and Swick would be a sweet matchup when he gets better, but there is no reason for him to fight Alves or GSP. Thats like saying Justin McCully deserves a title shot.

Wasn’t Swick rumored to fight Thiago Alves? I hadn’t heard of him being matched against Anthony Johnson much less GSP.
