Once it's removed, he probably can't grapple for about a month. So he could still be fighting in 4 months. I've had nose surgery. It's not the end of the world. Besides that first week (which he probably would have take off anyways), he can still do cardio and light sparring. Typically it’s 5 days of a gum like substance in the nose.
