Even though the ninth season of The Ultimate Fighter has yet to premiere on Spike TV, plans are already in motion to begin casting season ten of the hit reality fighter series.
Spike TV and the UFC have scheduled an open casting call for the tenth season of TUF for Monday, April 6 in Seattle, Washington at the Marriott Hotel located at the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport.
The tenth season of TUF will be casting mixed martial artists in the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions. It should be noted that a press released issued by Spike lists the heavyweight cutoff at 225 pounds.
Scheduled to be hand at the tryouts will be UFC President Dana White, TUF executive producer Craig Piligian, TUF co-executive producer Andrea Richter and Spike TV’s senior vice president of sports and specials Brian Diamond.
Registration for the tryouts will begin at 8 a.m. PT with tryouts commencing at 10 a.m. PT. According to Spike TV, all participants of the tryout must be at least 21 years of age and have a professional MMA record.
