dont see what fights making sense have to do with anything either.
franklin wand doesnt make any sense, but fuck me what a great fight, it shoulda been at 100.
fights rarely make much sense in the UFC, how many times do you see a fighter get a title shot without facing the other top contenders in the division?
so fuck it, just put on a bunch of nonsensical super fights and give us a night to enjoy.

i feel that is the truth. this card is weak for a landmark 100th event.

then again, i guess ufc is saving the rest of the matchups for other landmark events.

i still think this is an awesome card, but honestly ive seen some RINGS events that were more stacked.

I’m not saying it makes sense, it was just one of the rumored “superfights” for UFC 100. The point is that they are building this is up to be the best card in UFC history, and it’s really not even close. They were even talking about a GSP-A.Silva fight too. Obviously neither of these fights are going to happen now. You don’t have to agree with me, it’s just my opinion that this card is weak for it being UFC 100.

Thank you hindsight!! I thought I was the only one disappointed with this card. The 3 main events are awesome, but the rest of the card pretty much sucks. This is UFC 100, the biggest show of them all , and you get this crap. Whatever happened to the Liddell,/A. Silva fight? So what if you just fought in April. How about moving up Penn/Florian? Why in the HELL do I want to see Jonathan Goulet or Alan Belcher? I mean, come on, this is UFC 100!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save these clowns for a Fight night.

i still dont understand the UFC thinking behind this card

for your 100th show wouldnt you want to put on one of the greatest shows of all time? instead you get 3 big fights + fitch thiago + akiyamas debut. and then a bunch of undercard fights no one gives a fuck about
now im pretty sure most casual fans wont know who akiyama is, and belchers name isnt enough to carry the fight. fitch/thiago also arent big enough names. im not saying they wont be good fights but come on. where is randy, nog, hughes, liddell, silva, bj so on so on. all those fighters are fighting just before or just after 100, so save em up, put on a killer show, just once let the UFC truly put on a stacked card.

but no, jonathon fucking goulet again.

or maybe being 100 just isnt important?

It would be interesting to see Jon Jones whip around Bonnar like a sack of potatoes backstage. I love watching that fight and the look in Bonnars face as he is manhandled. Look for Lesnar, Georgie(by a close decision), and Bisping to recieve victories. Also with the “loser leaves the UFC matches”, shouldn’t they announce that before that match WWE style to increase the tention between the fighters! Just imagine the possibilites-LOL!
