Pretty much all moves in MMA are potentially dangerous. That said, pretty much all moves in ANY sport are potentially dangerous. I've seen plenty of right-angle dislocations and breaks of various bones and joints and severe traumas from head clashes in soccer. Pretty much all moves in MMA are potentially dangerous. That said, pretty much all moves in ANY sport are potentially dangerous. I’ve seen plenty of right-angle dislocations and breaks of various bones and joints and severe traumas from head clashes in soccer. I don’t see them preventing under 18′s from attending that sport.
